The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, a dishwasher and an induction hob with two zones. The bedroom has twin beds and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath and a shower, a toilet and a double washbasin.

Arrival and departure
Arrival from 15.00, departure by 10.00. The changeover day is flexible.
WiFi and TV
Free WiFi and satellite TV, in the apartment and in the studio.
Bed linen and towels
Reserve them with your request, or bring your own.
Heating
In April, May, October and November the heating is included in the rent.
Car and bike
Parking on the property, bicycles in the garage, and charging e-bikes is no problem.
House rules
No smoking and no pets, and no more people than on the booking. Final cleaning is compulsory.
Deposit
On arrival you pay a security deposit in cash, when the key is handed over. It is returned to you by bank transfer.
How booking works
You send a request, and we contact you by e-mail as soon as possible. The invoice confirms your booking.
Cancellation
Free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. After that we charge part of the rental price: 30% from 90 days, 50% from 42 days, 75% from 28 days and 100% from 14 days before arrival.
